Verso can be expanded with voice (the Dutch soprano Marije van Stralen or the French soprano Valérie Guillorit).

Verso presents a varied programme in which the rich sounds of this combination are optimally exploited.

The singing voice and the panflute ‘colour’ beautifully in duets by Scott and Händel. There is southern temperament in the songs by De Falla and Rodrigo, but also folksong arrangements and the Songs of the Chinese by Benjamin Britten, as well as old music by John Dowland.

The programme ends with a composition written especially for this trio, by the universally acclaimed Swiss composer Xavier Dayer.
